国内（日本）からのご購入は商品到着7日以内、海外からのご購入は商品到着14日以内であれば返品・返金をお受けいたします。まずは返品したい旨をご連絡ください。サイトに掲載している写真はかなり鮮明でデバイス操作で拡大可能ですので、お買い上げになる前にしっかりご自分で状態をご確認ください。浮世絵は古物です。シワ、シミ、穴、ヨレ、汚れ、破れ、折れ等々が無い物は稀ですので、ご理解の上お買い求めください。お使いのモニターや携帯画面の設定で色合いが違って見える事もある事もご承知ください。
返送料はお客様のご負担となりますが、当店に責任がある場合（到着時の破損、商品説明と明らかに異なる等）は当店が返送料を負担し、返金または代替品をご用意いたします。
REFUNDS

Please contact us first to let us know you wish to return an item. Photographs on our website are very clear and can be enlarged on your device; please review them carefully before purchasing. Ukiyo-e are antiques and are bound to have some wear and tear.
