Please read through this page before placing your order so there are no surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>no worries<\/strong> is a licensed antiques and arts dealer based in Tokyo (Tokyo Metropolitan Public Safety Board registration #304412618246). We specialize in original Edo and Meiji period ukiyo-e woodblock prints, plus selected shin-hanga and nihonga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All pieces are originals from their period unless explicitly noted as reproduction in the listing. Condition notes for each piece reflect honest age-related characteristics \u2014 these are antiques, not new prints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pricing and currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the English site, prices are shown in US Dollars by default; you can switch between USD and Japanese Yen (\u00a5) at any time using the currency selector on product, cart and checkout pages. All prices are tax-included. Your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout \u2014 if your card is issued in a different currency, your card company or PayPal will convert at the day&#8217;s exchange rate, so the final amount may differ slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ship worldwide via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service). Typical delivery windows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>East Asia (China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Mongolia) \u2014 3 to 7 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Southeast Asia &amp; Oceania \u2014 4 to 10 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>North America &amp; Europe \u2014 5 to 14 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other regions \u2014 varies, contact us if you have concerns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prints ship flat in archival-grade rigid packaging. Tracking is provided for every order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customs, duties, and taxes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and any other taxes imposed by your country are <strong>your responsibility<\/strong>. We ship within 1 business day of confirmed payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damages in transit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your package arrives damaged: <strong>photograph the outer box AND the contents immediately<\/strong>, then email us within 48 hours. We file the EMS damage claim with you; refunds or replacements depend on the claim outcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are antique works of art. We ask that you review the listing photos carefully before ordering \u2014 each piece has multiple angle and detail shots, and we are happy to send more if you ask.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">International returns are accepted within <strong>14 days of receiving the item<\/strong>. Please contact us before sending anything back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping is at the buyer&#8217;s expense, <strong>unless the fault lies with the shop<\/strong> (the piece arrived damaged, or materially differs from how the listing described its condition) \u2014 in which case we cover return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Original packaging please.
